.Endoscopic duodenal biopsies exclude mucosal disease
.Endoscopic aspiratn of jejunal contents
.MANAGEMENT =
.Tetracycline 250 mg 6 hry for 7 days
.Metronidazole 400 mg 8 hrly
.Intramuscular vita.B12 supplementatn
